Dresden Lace

by Leona Harden

From vintage blocks given by a friend she was able to create this masterpiece.  Hmmm…  Makes you look at UFO’s and orphan blocks with a different perspective doesn’t it?!  I’m inspired by the free motion stitching!  ; )  Enjoy this one!!!

Piecefully, Pam

P.S.  Do you think that yellow border along the inner binding edge is rick rack tucked down in there…?  Double click for a closer look.

  1. This is really inspiring! I never would have thought to finish up vintage blocks this way. Makes me think about digging through my stash to see what I can find to work with. I double clicked but still couldn’t get a close enough look to tell about the rick rack.
